These Terms of Service ("Agreement") sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the verifyagentid.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). The Website is owned and maintained by Fernbrook Holdings, LLC ("Fernbrook Holdings"), a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company. This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Fernbrook Holdings, LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com.

2. Description of Service

Verifyagentid.com provides credential verification, digital profile hosting, and business tools for licensed insurance professionals. We do not provide insurance products or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and current information, including valid licensing details. Misrepresenting credentials may result in immediate account termination.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders processed on verifyagentid.com, which is maintained by Fernbrook Holdings, LLC All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com. 5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, license documents). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the Website as part of your public profile and related services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Impersonating another person or misrepresenting credentials
Uploading malicious content or attempting to breach security
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scraping or automated data collection without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Verifyagentid.com is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if: (a) you materially breach this Agreement; (b) your subscription payment fails or remains unpaid; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, misrepresentation of licensing credentials, or a security risk to the Service or other users; or (d) you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or applicable law. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your public verification page is unpublished and you may request an export of your profile data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Merchant of Record

Your purchase of a subscription is therefore also subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Paddle's Refund Policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy, and our own Refund Policy is available on this Website.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The Website and Services, including all software, source code, page templates, designs, layouts, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, documentation, and all other content we provide (excluding content you submit), are and remain the exclusive property of Fernbrook Holdings, LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your own business purposes during your subscription term. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services, remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or use our names, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Suspension and Termination by Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice and in our sole reasonable discretion, if: (a) you materially breach this Agreement or any policy incorporated into it; (b) any amount due for your subscription is unpaid or a payment is reversed or charged back; (c) we reasonably believe your use creates a security, fraud, legal, or regulatory risk to us, our users, or third parties; (d) you misrepresent your licensing, credentials, or identity; (e) you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules; or (f) we are required to do so by law or by a regulator, payment provider, or hosting provider. Where practicable and appropriate, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cure. Suspension for cause does not entitle you to a refund of fees for the period of suspension, without prejudice to your rights under our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, your public profile page will be taken offline, and you may request an export of your profile data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may stop using and cancel the Services at any time.
